Job Shadowing

Howard County Medical Center offers many different job-shadowing opportunities!  Job-shadowing is a great way for students to learn and explore the many different careers that are available at the Medical Center! Students are able to shadow employees in the specific field they are interested in, so that they can understand what a ‘day in the life’ is like! 

Who Is Able to Job Shadow?

All students 16 years of age and older are encouraged to consider job shadowing!

When Can I Job Shadow?

Once the Medical Center is aware that a student is interested in job shadowing, we make every effort to set up a job shadowing experience.  Job shadowing experiences can take place over a couple of days, and generally last about two hours.

Anyone interseted in Job Shadowing can click on the below link, and fill out the one page questionnaire. It can be returned to Shauna Graham in three ways! You can email it to sgraham@hcmc.us.com, fax it to 308-754-4429, or mail it to PO Box 406, St. Paul, NE 68873. All applicants will recieve a response within two weeks of submission.
